The property is located not far from the center of Templin. Walking distance to shopping facilities, playground, skating rink easy to reach. The property is fenced on the street side with a small wooden fence. Several fruit trees and various shrubs and flowers are on the site. No electricity and water conclusion available. No sewage. Water/sewage/tank cleaning-WC not far for a small fee at the nearby spa or gas station possible. In the immediate vicinity are the western town Eldorado, the natural spa, go-kart track,
historical old town and much more... surrounded by lakes and forests.

The area is surrounded by brambles, fruit trees and shrubs. Walking distance to the city center or the natural spa is about 20min. Playground, skating rink, spa mile, bike paths, etc. can be reached in a few minutes. Parking facilities on site sufficiently available.
