Description

We are located in the small village of Villers Aux Bois, a commune of 325 inhabitants, 15 minutes from Epernay (the capital of Champagne) and 10 minutes from Avize in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, famous for the quality of its Chardonnay.
We offer 6 places for camping cars on our 2000 square meters land on the side of our house.
Our land is currently being developed, each pitch will be equipped with an electrical outlet, running water and grey and black water drains.
We are a French-English couple and we will be happy to give you all the best recommendations to visit our region and discover our champagnes.

The setting

Villers aux Bois is a small country village located on the edge of the famous Champagne vineyards (Côte des Blancs).
Our land is planted with trees, and very quiet, you will have as main neighbors, chickens, ducks, geese and ... peacocks

The pitches are easily accessible, about 75 square meters each with electricity, running water and drainage.

The activities

Visits of champagne houses and tastings in the surroundings, visit of Epernay and the famous Avenue de Champagne, visit of Reims and its cathedral, walks and bike rides.
We are also a Champagne producer in Avize, possibility to visit our 2 centuries old vaulted cellars and taste our champagnes on reservation.

Rules

Arrival preferably after 4:00 pm, thank you to call me on my mobile 45 minutes before your arrival (I am often in the vineyard) in order to reserve you the best reception.

Possibility of breakfast (€12 / person)

My wife Claire is English, she will make you discover or rediscover the famous "English breakfast" composed of bacon, eggs from our own chickens, sausage, bake beens, tomato, mushrooms and toast accompanied by a cup of tea or coffee.

    We came in a small camper which was lucky, because with a big one, it would have been impossible to access the campsite.
