Description

A piece of land next to my house in a village with all amenities.
A natural swimming pool 200 meters away. And a cinema open at weekends.

The setting

At the edge of a quiet little street at the end of the village, a small plot of land for you with a beautiful view over the valley.

The spots

Flat terrain accessible only to cars or vans.
No motorhomes, or just a small one in reverse.

A tourist town 25 km away: Autun.

There's a small workshop for repairing minor bike or motorcycle breakdowns.

Rules

No noise in the village.
No street lighting at night in this village, which makes for superb starry nights.
