Description

We are in a small hamlet 2 kms from the town, in a serene and rural atmosphere, near the Blavet river, surrounded by forests and numerous hiking trails, and next to the village of Poul Fetan.

The setting

We welcome you in our green setting, in the calm, with magnificent sunsets.

The spots

You can choose the place you want if you pitch your tent, close to the house or in the shade of the big trees at the bottom of the garden... For the vans or caravans, it will be near the house, there is a rather flat ground.

The sanitary facilities

We have dry toilets accessible in the tiny house next to the house, and it is possible to take a shower in the house (solar shower to come!)

The amenities

The 4G works very well, for the moment we are autonomous in electricity with solar panels, no big flow but you can recharge your mobile!

The activities

We are right next to the village of Poul Fetan, many hiking trails, the Blavet (towpath for walking or biking, swimming, kayaking, paddle and other water activities). There are horse riding centers nearby, an accrobranche course, a wave park... there is something for everyone!

Rules

No specific rules, just common sense! No noise too late, for the neighbors, leave the yard clean... take care of the place as if it were your home!

  • Land not maintained (high grass not cut)
    Dry toilets not emptied from where a very bad smell is released.
    On the other hand, the owner answers quickly to the mails and is accommodating on the arrival time.
    But expensive in the end to have just a piece of land and toilets not cleaner than public toilets.

    Nice discovery of central Brittany. Sublime hikes directly accessible on foot, hilly, forest, and swimming in the river Blavet to refresh yourself. Food and drink are available nearby. Accessible by bike a surprisingly enchanting tea plantation on the bank. Beautiful patrimonial discoveries in the village of Poul Fetan accessible on foot, less than an hour away by car: Bonrepos abbey, Pont-Scorff, Guemené, castle and garden of Croscro.
