Description

At our place, it's the country in the city.
All the shops are within 2 minutes walking distance; mini-market, bakery, laundromat, dry cleaner, pharmacy, optician.... and as soon as we pass the gate, we arrive in the country with our hens in total freedom and our large garden with lots of trees, some of which are a hundred years old, and the shade ....
In short the total relaxation.

The setting

Here, it is very calm and the sight is released, we are without opposite thus quiet, there is in addition to our hens in freedom, of many squirrels which go strolling.
There are also hedgehogs that we can meet in the evening or at night.

The spots

We offer 3 pitches with different exposures and environments depending on the way you camp; tent or camper.
But globally, the shade is very present.

The sanitary facilities

I put toilets at the exclusive disposal of travelers in a separate cottage.
For the shower; there is the solar shower of the swimming pool which is in free access.

The amenities

For the facilities, there is internet with a WIFi repeater if needed.
Fresh eggs are also freely available in the morning, if they lay...

The activities

On the spot, it is possible to swim in the heated swimming pool (from June to October) at 29 degrees after passing through the shower from 10 am to 8 pm under the compulsory supervision of parents, for young children under the following conditions;
Access to the swimming pool is possible free of charge at certain times of the day, as we sometimes make our swimming pool private at certain times of the day; this is to be seen on site.
We also have a play area with a slide and a small climbing game as well as swings with or without a baby seat and a very long one in the trees reserved for children over 5 years old.
You can play petanque or darts or do nothing at all!

For departure time : before 12 am
Arrival time : from 4pm.
The location of our house allows you to visit Bordeaux Center, a city classified by Unesco, by streetcar, or to visit castles.
The first ones are at less than 5 minutes like the castle of Taillan, or a little further the castles of Margaux, Giscours, Listrac or to go surfing at the Ocean at 40 Minutes of cars or to visit St Emilion, medieval city of the wine and classified also in the unesco at 45 Minutes...
The Dune du Pilat is 1 hour and 15 minutes away on the Arcachon basin.

Rules

We wish to preserve the quietness of the place outside the working hours; from 10 am to 8 pm particularly for the noises of swimming pool.
For the dinners, the peace will have to return at 22 H maximum.
The accesses are free and secured by an automatic gate and a gate.
For smokers, it is forbidden to smoke in the swimming pool area, as well as in the play area of the children's structure and particular attention is drawn to the risk of fire linked to the strong presence of trees and vegetation which makes the beauty of our home, therefore a great caution.
If you have a dog, it must be tied up around your pitch so as not to chase the chickens.
The site must be left clean as you found it.

Possibility of breakfast (€12 / person)

Either a fried egg served with ham, butter, cheese with homemade sourdough bread, plus freshly squeezed orange juice with coffee or hot chocolate.
Or a pastry with butter, organic jam and baguette or sourdough bread with freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee or hot chocolate.

  • Nice place & nice welcome.
    A unique location and the pool almost exclusively. The children were delighted.
    The only downside was the lack of a place to shower/toilet.
