We offer our nice plot of land recently planted with young fruit trees on the edge of the Canal du Midi.
Our orchard is located in Montferrand very close to the Seuil de Naurouze, the highest point of the Canal du Midi.
You will find a lot of peace, the towpath for walking or cycling.
All shops are also within a few minutes drive, an excellent restaurant is at your disposal at 500 meters and the beautiful lake of Ganguise with its water activities is at 10 minutes drive.
At about two kilometers, the inn 'Chez Etienne' is at your disposal to taste the best cassoulet of the region.
