Description

Hello,
I offer a tipi tent on my 1000 m2 plot for campers or glampers.
Not far from Beauval zoo, on the route of the Loire castles.

The setting

You are on a private, enclosed plot of land behind the owner's home, with sunny views and fruit trees for you to enjoy.
Games are at your disposal.
You share the plot with chickens in a pen.
The grounds are lit by a few solar lamps.

The spots

You'll be staying in tipi tents, not fitted out but supplied with inflatable mattresses.
You bring your own blankets, sheets and pillows, as well as your own camping equipment.
Tent pitches are available, please specify when booking.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets with washbasin and drinking water are available.
And an outdoor solar shower.

The amenities

Tables, chairs, deckchairs, family and children's games are available.
You have a kitchen shelter where you can eat and cook under cover in case of rain (you bring your own stove).
You also have a barbecue (charcoal at your expense).
A kettle, plates and glasses are available.
You have 4G on the site, electricity is on request with a surplus.
Free cell phone charging.
You have a ZEER POT (or Saharan fridge) for your fruit, vegetables or drinks. A fridge at the inhabitant's for your meat, cooked dishes or other ...

An entry remote control is provided on arrival.
A deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival (tipi and remote control).
No deposit, no remote control, no tipi, even for one night.
You'll get your deposit back after checking the condition of the tipi on your departure (clean and with no cuts or tears).
You clean the premises on your departure (tipi, kitchen, toilets and swept, clean sink).

Rules

It is forbidden to make fire on the site, except for barbecues.
Arrival is from 16h and before 20h.
Departure 11h max
A pot is at your disposal on the ground for the butts.
Access is through your host's gate, which must be closed at every entry and exit.

Any breach of these rules will result in immediate dismissal.
