Description

RV pad for rent by the day or week, 30 and 50 amp service available at pad, private house location. Use of POOL & Kayaks included. On a salt water canal, come kayak with the manatees.

The setting

1/2 acre in the heart of South Fort Myers, amongst huge Palm Trees & oak trees in a very quiet neighborhood. Salt water pool.

The spots

There is shade, the rv pad is paved, and you are allowed one parking spot as well. Use of pool and kayaks - you just have to sign a waiver. Must keep fence gates closed at all times so you don't let my small dog out.

The sanitary facilities

Septic tank hook up and electricity.

Gulf Access Canal, kayaks and 1 canoe. Pool. Close to beaches: Fort Myers beach 7.3 miles away, Sanibel Island 12 miles. Walk to the farmers market at Lakes Regional Park. Internet available via wifi. Bring your RV or Camper.

Pets allowed on leash - must clean up after your pet.

Rules

No smoking in pool areas. You will share backyard with owner and her dog and her guests, RV pad is in the front area of property on 1/2 an acre. There is a very nice shaded area for you to set up some chairs outside on some pavers for picnicking.
