Description

We look forward to welcoming you to the simple nature of our eco-responsible project in this little corner of the maquis on our family plot.
We have organized ourselves with our modest means to develop this ecological concept that respects both nature and people.
We offer pre-season rates.

Please note our rates for your stay:
=> until March, only weekly bookings will be accepted.
=> from April onwards, reservations for 2 to 5 days or more will be accepted.
=> from June onwards, reservations for a single night will be accepted at the rate of 48 euros per night (other stays of more than 1 night will be charged at the normal rate).

The setting

Nestled in 3,000 m² of scrubland, the project is being developed in the south of the island, on the boundary between the communes of Lecci and Porto-Vecchio Nord, in an undergrowth of holm oaks dotted with a multi-secular granite chaos covered in moss and lichen.

We're located in the village of Trinité, 10 mns from Porto-Vecchio and its urban hustle and bustle, on our grandfather's 15-hectare plot of scrubland and cork oaks, between the territorial and seaside roads.
We're one of the last "resistants" who will protect our natural space from the "concreteization" of our region.

We have no direct neighbors, but 2 large campsites on the heights with themed evenings on Saturday nights and a housing estate at the entrance to the property.

The spots

We offer 1 single 2-person tent, in a natural, shady setting :)
Designed to preserve everyone's space, the campsites are all equipped with an outdoor living room, a shower cubicle and a private dry toilet.
Sleeping arrangements include a fitted sheet and pillowcases, so you need to bring your own sheets, sleeping bag or blanket.

The price is for a full camp, whether you are one or 2 people.
Arrivals and departures are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.

The sanitary facilities

For sanitary purposes, we provide a private dry toilet and shower cubicle on each pitch, with either a solar camping bag or a bucket and jug at the hot water point, to be filled in the kitchen.

The amenities

We provide a shared kitchen area with washing-up facilities, equipped with a gas stove, fridge and all the crockery you'll need, hot and drinking water, and a large table and chairs.

The whole site is equipped with 220v solar power, with all the options for recharging your appliances (usb boxes and power strips).
All power sockets are in the communal area, so we haven't yet equipped the campsites.

We don't have a wifi connection on site, but we do have a very good 4G network for your phones.

If you want to wash your clothes, there's an AUTOMATIC LAUNDRY 2 mns by car from the supermarket U in the village of Trinité.

The activities

In the immediate vicinity you'll find most of the beaches within a 5/10 minute drive, the closest being U Benedettu and St Cyprien. A little further along the same seaside road you'll come to the Pinarellu golf course, its pine forests, small fishing port and seaside restaurants.

If you prefer a quiet, shady atmosphere away from the crowds on the beaches, you can also visit the Osu and Cavu rivers on the territorial road to Bastia.

For hikers, the starting point of the GR20 hiking trail is a 15-minute drive from the village of Conca.

On the mountain side, as you pass through the village of Arraggiu, don't miss a visit to its fortified Bronze Age site. Continue on to the Ospedale forest road and its dam, a 20-minute drive away, for a breath of fresh air and a swim in the emerald-green natural pools of Barucacciu, or join the Mare à Mare Sud trail from the small village of Cartalavonu to Propriano.

Other things

We've opted for 100% renewable energy to run the campsite! In order to protect the batteries, we ask you to minimize the use of electricity at night for the lighting and refrigerator, but as soon as the sun rises, the solar panels produce 220v directly.

Rules

It's strictly forbidden to light fires, barbecues, grills or candles - you're in the middle of the maquis!
After many rocky adventures, we regret that we are unable to accept pets.

The camping area is open from mid-June to the end of September.
