Welcomed by his son (who is rather pleasant even if he is a young teenager) Alain never seen!
When we arrived, we wondered if we weren't in a migrant camp...1000m2 where there are already 3 camping cars and six tents!...only one toilet (1wc and 1 shower) for at least 16 people.
So very complicated!
I don't understand how you can rent this for 50€ a night and stack people up like this! I stayed because it was for the night (stopover on my way back from Italy).
I'm very disappointed that this could exist! -

Thibaut D.Pleasant setting and well-managed grounds. Very nice swimming pool. Beware, in high season, you won't be alone, and the only shower/wc available is clearly insufficient... same for the shared kitchenette and small fridge... all the more so if you find yourself with twenty or so other guests, as was the case for us. Parking is also difficult in this case.

passing through Frejus, we spent 2 nights in Alain's tent with a friend. Nothing to complain about, friendly atmosphere, clean sanitary facilities, very accommodating and welcoming, I highly recommend it. Thanks again for accommodating another friend at the last minute! Top stay.

A very pleasant setting close to the beach, town and shops. The pool and sanitary facilities are clean. However, the excessive number of campers on the site does not leave room for a minimum of privacy, and the sanitary facilities become too small for the number of campers simultaneously present on the site (at least in high season).

There's a fridge next to the bathroom and a gas kitchen. Quiet at night, close to all amenities, would be delighted to repeat the experience.

A great stay! Alain thinks of everything! Everything is provided so that the place is functional. Electricity, shower and toilet, in the center of the garden, three water points so that you can wash 2-3 dishes while someone else is taking a shower for example and the big plus: the pool!
Alain is very friendly and often available. On the site you will find a lot of games, and furniture adapted to children. In short, a great family holiday! -

We appreciated the sanitary facilities corresponding to a private bathroom. The street was quiet and it's well located at 2km from the beach. -

A bottle of fresh water or a coffee in the morning would have made me want to come back or to give a better note.
Note that there is no sea view, the house is 4km from the port of St Raphael, and that there is only a shower and toilet for the campers. -
