Description

A small island surrounded by the Hyrome, in the heart of the Layon hills, bucolic atmosphere with access on foot, ideal for tents. Or in the garden, near the water for a Minivan, or in the courtyard in front of the house for a camping car.
A small green setting with easy access. Highway and national road nearby. Small tarred road to go to the mill.

The setting

In a vegetal setting, you can appreciate the fauna and flora, and our pets!
Presence of a discreet rooster but which indicates the daybreak.
You will be according to the location around the mill and will be led to cross me, or other travelers.
The winds sometimes bring the sounds of the highway...

The spots

On the island, you have a flat spot, next to our vegetable garden with shade in the afternoon.
In the pleasure garden, there is a possible place under an oak tree and more in our passage because near the house but the view is nice.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities in my home will be accessible during the day, to be discussed with the person. Accessible, a private bathroom if there are no tenants. Also solar shower.

The amenities

Possibility to lend material to cook, electric plate, kettle, coffee maker. Electricity in the house, have an extension cord. Wi-Fi.

The activities

Multiple activities in the region, cultural, visits of castles, tastings, around the Nature, shopping, canoeing on the Loire....

Other things

I don't want people who want to party, I want travelers who are discreet and respectful of the conditions. The more independent the better. Sorting of garbage.

Rules

Hours of access to the water room until 8pm.
For children the site is not secured.
Reception until 11pm.
No ball games near the vegetable garden on the island. The access to the island is steep, have a good balance.

The breakfast is composed of organic products, salted and, or, sweetened. Coffee or tea, fruit juice, milk. Bread, pastries, fresh cheese. Seasonal fruit or dairy products
