In a quiet and soothing garden with a small bamboo grove. Swimming pool available during the day (avoid in the evening so that we can go there).
Ideally located on the cycle route la Flow Vélo, you will arrive directly on the path of Rutelier.
Ideally located to go along the Charente river to get to the Quais de Cognac on one side, and to the Port du Lys on the other.
Beautiful atypical garden, surrounded by the greenery of the vegetation which is abundant there
Shady, almost flat, with easy access on a path.
The sanitary facilities

Internet near the house,

The city of Charente, the origin of the famous eau-de-vie, owes its universal reputation to its superb terroir. Emblem of the city, it can be discovered along its streets, its museums and its workshops, essential stops when visiting Cognac. But if the history of the city is linked to that of its cognac, it is not limited to it.
As a witness of French history, the city has an important heritage, is culturally dynamic and has pleasant natural areas. Would you like to discover this renowned destination?
Accessible for van or very small camper ... but bring hooves.
We have 2 small dogs and a cat that you may meet but they are usually in the upper yard.
The pool is a plus to relax after a hot day ... (small wooden pool of 9m3 semi buried, can not lie on the edges because fragile)

Very good stay, a quiet and sheltered place, the hosts helped me out with a bike and an electric extension cord. Shower and WC available, what more could you ask for?
