In a quiet, soothing garden with a small bamboo grove. Swimming pool available during the day (avoid in the evening so we can get there).
Ideally located on the Flow Vélo cycle route, you'll arrive directly on the chemin du Rutelier.

The setting

Ideally located for cruising along the Charente to the Quais de Cognac on one side, and the Port du Lys on the other.

Beautiful, atypical garden, surrounded by abundant green vegetation.

Shady, almost flat site with easy access to a path.

Showers, toilets and washbasins are at your disposal. Please do not abuse them.

Accessible for van or very small camper ... but please bring clogs.
We have 2 small dogs and a cat that you may come across, but they are usually in the upstairs courtyard.
PS : If you're a budding guitarist, you can have your instrument tuned by Nans, who is a luthier (for a fee, please ask in advance by message).

Rules

Quiet place, so no mess, no loud music ...
The pool is a plus for relaxing after a hot day ... (small 9m3 semi-buried wooden pool, can't lie on the edges as it's fragile)
