Situation
  • We saw Philippe when we arrived because we had a problem with the CC, blocked in a bad position in the entrance of its "parking". He called a tow truck and we never saw him again. I don't understand why HC recommends this site.
For fi ir the CC remained parked outside where we were very well.
For dinner at 27 €/p it was good but just basic, grated carrots, very big pie, cheeses hardly simplistic in portions of picnic. Then cake from the supermarket. The wine included on the other hand was good.
The breakfast in the morning on the other hand was very very good.
The small personnel, a lady of Asian origin speaks only English .....
The site of the castle is beautiful, we did not visit it.
The reception office is a flea market that sells everything and anything.
In summary, only the site is worth it, it should also be noted that the parking is inaccessible to CC, even dagerereux for a van.
The interest of the owner was only to open the castle to the public, no matter how, but it allows to get the subsidies....

  • A very nice night in the park of Philippe's castle! The site is remarkable, peaceful and Philippe's welcome is very warm. We really recommend it!

  • Beautiful castle with lots of character. Stunning place to camp for a night. Peaceful. Space for our child to explore the gardens. Simple toilet was perfect for our needs. Very special spot.

  • We spent a pleasant unusual night in the gardens of the castle! Very quiet place. Philippe is very welcoming and responsive to messages.
