Description

We have a plot of about 200 square meters, surrounded by trees (oaks, plane trees, ash trees, laurels) that provide shade all day.
It is a quiet and very cozy place.

The setting

It is located in the village of La Cavada in Cantabria, a small village (about 1700 inhabitants) very well connected with train station to Santander (35 mntos) highway Bilbao/Oviedo/Palencia, it has enough stores, medical office etc..
In 20 Km approximately it is acceded to the beaches of Somo, Loredo Langre, Ajo, Noja etc.

The spots

The site is a place away from the road about 8Ometros, flat, has shade and sun all day.
It is accessed by a three meters wide gravel road, it is possible that large motorhomes can not enter or hit the branches of the trees.
About 25/30 meters away is our house.

The activities

From our location you can make different hiking trails of varying complexity.15 minutes walk to the municipal swimming pool.
There is also a multi-adventure sports company Alto Miera Aventura: climbing, via ferrata, canyoning etc..
The nature park of Cabarceno is located about 20 km from our site.
It takes about an hour to get to Bilbao.

Rules

Pets are allowed as long as they are controlled by their owners at all times.

We ask that guests have an attitude of respect for the environment in terms of noise, cleanliness, rest schedules, prohibiting the celebration of parties or activities that disturb others.
Each guest must take care of the garbage generated, being able to deposit it in the containers that are close to the plot.

  • Not easy to find a home camping flag would be a good idea.because the milk jug nested in the hedge is impossible to see from the road so late arrival to avoid.pleasant plot and unique shower.we were awakened every night by the fights and barking of the dogs locked in an enclosure 100m from our tent.the nice rooster that screams the alarm clock at 5:00 and the donkeys that shine at night.so very nice but provide earplugs and headphones if you want to sleep.
