Small Alsatian House from the French Revolution year (1789) with a large garden and parking space for 1 or 2 motorhomes and several tents on the vacant lot under walnut trees ...
Retschwiller is ideally located and easy to reach albeit totaly calm and off-the beaten tracks. Enjoy true back2nature lifestyle in tranquility and relax around a barbeque.

The setting

Very calm except birds tweeting.
Almost no traffic.
More horses than cars.
Retschwiller has ca. 300 inhabitantsa nd only 2 streets.
Large garden with Several trees and shade (Walnuts, Plum, Cherry...)

The spots

The ground is almost flat but eventually you want to use something to balance out the slight slope. In the back of the garden there are flat places for tents. There is also a barn that could eventually be used (tbd).

The sanitary facilities

Access 24/24:

1. Water (inside and outside access),
2. Electricity (access also outside the house with extension cable),
3. WC (separate access from outside),
4. Wifi (300mbps).

3. Visit the pottery workshops in Soufflenheim.
4. Explore Wissenmbourg and enjoy the quiet charm of this medieval town.
5. Taste pinot gris and Crémant D'alsace in Cleebourg and visit it's vineyards.
6. Travel along the Maginot line and relive this great historical epic at Fort Schoenenbourg.
7. Take oneself for a valiant knight and fall back into childhood at the castle of Fleckenstein.
8. Come home refreshed after a spa treatment in Niederbronn-les-Bains.
9. Take advantage of the Ecurie du lac and its many activities directly in Retschwiller.
10. Visit Hunspach, labeled the Most Beautiful Village in France.
