Description

At an altitude of 850 meters, a nice grassy and fenced plot of land, adjacent to our vegetable garden, with the backdrop of the meadows and the rolling forests of the Haut-Jura Natural Park.
For music, we propose the singing of birds & the breeze in the nearby birches...
In a typical hamlet of the small mountain, and without any... commerce. A change of scenery is guaranteed.

The setting

Plot of land in a quiet and relaxing environment.
If you listen carefully, you will also be able to hear the water slowly flowing from our charming communal fountain...

The spots

The land is slightly sloped, with grass that depends on the weather conditions of course, but guaranteed without artificial fertilizers or pesticides of any kind.
You can enjoy the sun from morning to evening and several shaded areas. Independent access, with fence.
The public lighting is barely sufficient in the evening, it is turned (email hidden)External lighting of the house if necessary.

The sanitary facilities

Schedules are based on those of the owners, with flexibility within reason.
Italian shower on the ground floor, in a sometimes cool atmosphere (the house is in the windy corridor of Grandvaux...) but always invigorating ;-)

The amenities

Correct wifi signal only in specific places and cell phone reception sometimes random (white zone). Satellite antenna soon operational with a reasonable speed. It is possible to charge electrical appliances inside, with a preference for off-peak hours (from 9pm...); solar chargers or/and battery chargers can be provided

The activities

Hikes galore, road bike or mountain bike from the house (maps and advice on request).
Snowshoeing idem in season.
Swimming (not supervised) in a mountain lake 15 minutes away.
Saint-Claude and its magnificent cathedral are also 15 minutes away, as well as the nice village of Saint - Laurent en Gdv. Typical and picturesque villages in the surroundings.

Other things

Please give me an arrival and departure time, even approximate, for organizational and reception purposes, as I am not always on site.

Rules

We would like it to be quiet from 10pm onwards to preserve our village jewel. You will see that it lends itself to it...
Animals are allowed but guests are responsible for their cleanliness. Garbage cans (including for sorting) are provided and we ask our guests to honor them and not to confuse garbage cans with toilets.
