Description

Welcome to the Monts d'Ardèche nature park!
Between springs and volcanoes, you'll be welcomed in the heart of a flower-filled meadow, surrounded by sacred forests, vegetable gardens and hiking trails.

Access to shops and the river is just 2 to 5 km away on foot or by road. Local farmers' and craftsmen's markets are held every Monday and Friday evening in summer. There's plenty to do and see in the valley!

A straw-bale self-constructed house is currently being renovated to provide kitchen and bathroom facilities.
It sometimes hosts participative workcamps, creative workshops and artists' residencies...
I personally offer energy treatments for a rejuvenating sense of well-being.

The setting

Between St Pierre de Colombier and Burzet, a quiet space is reserved for you in a private, lovingly landscaped garden where nature welcomes you to recharge your batteries, an ideal place to relax.

The spots

The caravan has an unobstructed view of the mountains, meadow and vegetable garden. Access is easy and close to the cars and the house.
While the pitching area is shaded further down in the forest.
You'll need to walk about 50 meters to set up camp.

The sanitary facilities

Rain- or spring-flush toilets can be supplied in the house with a bucket.
Showering is by bucket in the bathroom bathtub with cold water, or you can always heat water with gas.

The amenities

The caravan is not equipped, with just a 2-seater bed and a small table with bench seat.
There is a fully equipped kitchen in the house: basics, gas, crockery... It is possible to recharge appliances.

The activities

Numerous hiking trails in the valley allow you to marvel at the scenery. Numerous neighboring craftsmen and market-gardeners.
The river is 2 km away for swimming or fishing.

Rules

Children must be under your own responsibility.
Dogs are not recommended in the gardens or in the presence of wild animals.
Smokers are allowed outside the caravan, tents and house.
Please inform me at least 48 hours in advance of any reservation or cancellation.

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€5 / person)

Tea, coffee or herbal tea from the garden with wood-fired bread from the local co'pains bakery and jam from local producers.

A 3-seater tent is available for an additional €3/night.

  • Unfortunately, communication by text message for car trouble with Cookie. But all explanations were given.
    The setting for the van was perfect.
    However, the sanitary facilities were unfortunately to be avoided.... But as I wasn't alone on this overnight stay, I can't say who caused the problem. After all, the drinks and aperitifs outside were provided by other people.
    So I can't meet all the criteria.
