Description

Our house is located in the commune of Saint Geours de Maremne.
It's 20 minutes from Hossegor and 50 minutes from Biarritz.
You're on the doorstep of the ocean and its forest, ideal places for relaxation.
We offer you a pitch in a plot adjoining but separate from our living quarters, so you can enjoy peace and quiet.
In a 2-hectare meadow, close to our house and horses, you'll really be in an ideal place to relax.

The setting

Located next to a forest, you can walk or cycle straight from your camp!
Quiet location and pleasant panoramic view over the fields!

Our aim is to create a friendly, family atmosphere in which kindness, conviviality and respect for all are the order of the day!

The spots

Can be set up in several locations.

In the shade under the oaks, in the sun or on our parking lot, you can set up wherever you like!

The site is flat and easy to access.

The sanitary facilities

You will have access to a water tap outside, close to our house, where you can help yourself at any time you wish. (Without abusing it!!)

Possibility of running washing machines (extra charge).

The amenities

You'll have access to an electricity connection at the outdoor garage. An extension cord will be useful if you wish to have electricity directly in your camp. We can also lend you the barbecue if you like.

Wifi is available when you're close to our house.

The activities

On site, you can walk or cycle straight into the Landes forest.

You can even come and look after our horses with us.

A 3-minute drive will take you to Lidl, McDonald's or Leclerc for your shopping needs.

You can also visit Capbreton and Hossegor, stopping off at the lake 20 minutes from the house to chill out on the beach, have a bite to eat or go for a stroll.
There's also the Etang Blanc in Seignosse to relax or the Etang Noir to visit.

Further inland, 30min from your camp, you can go canoeing at Sorde l'abbaye and visit the Little Amazon, or catch a few rapids.

And don't forget to visit Courant D'Huchet, a magnificent spot where the sky is reflected in the water, giving it a pearly hue.

Don't hesitate to spend a day in the Basque Country, 40/45min from Bayonne, Biarritz or Saint Jean de Luz, where you can taste Basque cakes and macaroons from Maison Adam. Or take a trip to the Corniche from Saint Jean de Luz to Hendaye!

If you're a lover of the region, we'll be happy to suggest other activities and good restaurants!

Other things

Please contact me for the exact address.
Fairly flexible for arrival and departure times. To be defined together depending on the day.

  • Julie is very friendly! Very good advice on the surroundings.
To know (I specify it because I had not noted it at the time of the reservation): there is no toilet nor shower.
Apart from that, I recommend, for the location and the quality of reception of Julie :)

  • Great discovery for us and our children!
The hosts are very nice and accommodating.
The place is very quiet, very pretty ... we love to spend the night here and regret not having found them earlier.
    Really do not hesitate!

  • Disappointed!
Pitch much smaller than described... Very little privacy, we were stuck to the other campers...
So we spent only one night on the spot, out of the two initially planned and paid for.
The positive point is the meeting with the horses, which were also our neighbors, and even our real hosts, since the campers' place is also their enclosure...
Lack of maintenance on the ground.... it's a pity...

  • A first for us and it was just great! The girls are really nice! The location is great, quiet place, and the presence of horses is nice.
We had a great stay! Thank you for this welcome! See you soon !

  • A great stay :)
    1st experience that I validate !
This place is magical ... and the hosts are great! I'll be glad to go back there. Thanks girls

  • Very nice place, welcome, smiles ????

  • I was welcomed very warmly and with open arms. It is a beautiful place surrounded by nature, horses and cordiality. The helpfulness is in the first place. Julie and Léa have given everything. My stay with them, was wonderful and I would always go back to this dream place. Thank you for everything.

  • Superb, quiet and pleasant place. Very welcoming hostess.

  • Great stay, great place and great people! Thank you!

  • Great welcome, very accommodating and friendly! The ground lacks a little shade but when there is wind it is bearable until early morning ;)

  • Very welcoming and available hosts! A perfect location to explore and visit the coastal towns. The little bonus: the children were delighted to share these few days with the horses... and with Flanelle, the dog of the house! We will keep a great memory of this stay :)

  • Despite the very bad weather when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. I would recommend

  • A great place very quiet, julie and Léa are very simpa. I highly recommend it!

  • Delighted to have met Julie and Léa, both solar and very nice! Great welcome, we were able to sleep in the van in the meadow of the adorable ponies near a majestic oak, aperitif facing the magnificent sunset overlooking 2 hectares of fields. A bucolic parenthesis. Quiet address, very well located and served, we highly recommend. Water and electricity available.

  • Julie and her friend are very welcoming and cute as anything
The setting is simple and pleasant with the horses as close neighbors
I highly recommend it personally and I intend to go back there
Thank you for this stay girls ????????????

  • Very pleasant time spent at Julie's house. We were looking for calm, nature and conviviality and we found it! I recommend

  • A super friendly welcome, and a great setting! I recommend it !

  • A great welcome was reserved for us by Julie and her friend! We could have spent many hours talking with pleasure and desire. Sharing, authenticity and pleasure. Great! Thank you for the welcome.

  • Great welcome. My children were able to pet the mare and her filly. Very pleased.

  • Julie gave us a very warm welcome and we had the choice to position ourselves on a plot of land next to the house and surrounded by greenery.
We also had a pleasant wake-up call next to the horses parked nearby.
It took us only 20 minutes to arrive from the beach of Hossegor.
    Electricity and water at disposal.
    In short, we recommend it!
