Description

Large piece of land just next to the village. It is a future garden forest if all goes well. There are many corners with high grass.

The setting

A quiet meadow with trees and blackberries in season, right next to the town, with a small but not very busy road that you can still get away from. There is also a patch of woodland in one corner of the property.

The spots

You can set up wherever you want. If the tall grass is in the way, I can mow a little. There is shade or sun. It's flat and easy to access.

The sanitary facilities

There is an independent access to water at the well. Otherwise, I open my small house to you.

The amenities

No internet, but the 4G is good. No fridge, but the cellar cools down quite a bit. Ok to recharge your phones or your electric bike batteries.

The activities

There are ponds in the area. And the village is 100m away. It's nice : river, shared garden, market on sunday, producers' store.

Rules

No smoking in the house. No unattached dogs because my son is afraid of them, and it is not perfectly fenced. We look forward to welcoming you!
