Description

We offer in the Pesio Valley a large plot of land full of flowers, plants and fruit trees, within a property , in which there are three independent buildings, "The House of the Swallows," "The Dormouse" and "The Blackbird's Nest," where we have always spent part of our summer and winter vacations. We give everyone our dearest welcome!

The setting

The tent locations are completely surrounded by nature on the grassy grounds of the estate, surrounded by plants and fruit trees, so cars cannot be brought to stand near the tents but must remain parked at the entrance to the estate.

The spots

We have planned to rent a part of our land for camping, providing guests with the following spaces shared with us (if we are present) and any other guests: a stone building ("The Blackbird's Nest"), to be used as a shelter for objects, food and various equipment, equipped with electricity and electrical outlets on the wall and also with a refrigerator and two hot plates for cooking; a complete outdoor bathroom also equipped with a washing machine, adjacent to the house called "The Dormouse's Den." a refreshment area equipped with a sink with running water, a barbecue and a large wood-burning oven, next to the outdoor bathroom, between "La tana del ghiro" and "La casa delle rondini"; hammocks, sun loungers and deckchairs variously placed in the grounds; and finally, two large wooden tables with attached benches and chairs, so that you can eat comfortably under the trees, in a green square dedicated to the memory of our dear dad, "L'aia di Arnaldo." Finally, for the little ones, we provide a large EEC-compliant trampoline, protected by netting, for them to play jumping.

The sanitary facilities

The bathroom is always available, 24 hours a day, and is equipped with hot water, shower and sink. Guests are requested to be moderate in the use of hot water with a view to both respecting the environment and saving the cost for gas.

The amenities

Inside the little stone house are wall electrical outlets, a refrigerator also equipped with a small freezer, two hot plates, as well as a table, chairs, cushions and a variety of games (badminton, table tennis, cards, board games, drawing and painting...).

The activities

Within the property you can play badminton and volleyball on a prepared court, you can play table tennis, you can jump on the trampoline, you can go to the creek via the designated path, you can use various tables, you can pick and eat the fruits offered by the surrounding trees and plants, you can use the stone cottage with the things in it, you can use the barbecue and the wood-burning oven in turn, by making arrangements.

Rules

Cars may not park near the tents but must remain parked at the entrance to the property under the linden trees because the atmosphere within the estate is one of total immersion in nature.
Energy consumption (hot water and electricity) must be moderated with a view to respecting the environment and saving costs.
The keys to the cottage are found hanging on the last post to the left of the vine arbor, going down, and should be put away in the same place after use; the cottage door should always be locked after use.
Garbage must be sorted using the bins provided at the cottage and at the end of your stay go to the bins in Pradeboni (the next village to Piancampo a two-minute drive uphill on the main road) to dispose of it.
