Description

I've been using Homecamper for over 2 years, and now I'd like to welcome you on a small piece of land, just long enough for you to rest from your walks, on the GR34 for example, as the vélomaritime passes right in front of the house. 2 sheep, 2 cats, 2 hens and 1 nice rooster are more or less free and harmless. Sometimes my dog is there too. You'll just have to stay calm around them.

The setting

The plot is located on my property, in a small, quiet hamlet, 4km from the town of Fréhel, 2km from Sables d'Or les Pins (a small seaside resort with a magnificent beach, Casino, restaurants, etc.), about 1km from the beach at Anse du Croc (the old town of Pléhérel-Plage). Cap Fréhel is easily accessible by bike (approx. 7km including cycle path) and Fort La Latte a little further away...

The spots

1 van or 2 tents.
I only welcome one "group" at a time to respect your privacy.

The sanitary facilities

There is no access to the shower, but a "solar shower" can be installed on arrival on the roof of your van or other (please make the request the day before). You can set up your tent and sanitary facilities on the site.
There is a drinking water tap outside and electrical sockets (see equipment).
Garbage and garbage can be deposited in the town's containers at the end of the street.

The amenities

An extension cord can be lent to you if you need it (P17 and normal sockets + drinking water tap, accessible outside).
WIFI is available.
I can give you access to the microwave and refrigerator.

The activities

You can easily walk to the GR34, rent bicycles in Sables d'Or (depending on the season), visit the Cap Fréhel lighthouse 7km away, the Fort La Latte; fishing and beaches, restaurant within walking distance in the old town in season and some school vacations (just 1.5km), seaside resort 2km, 20min walk (Casino, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlors, bakery, newspaper shop, weekly market on Sundays in July and August in Sables d'Or.
In Fréhel, you'll find: bakery, delicatessen, tobacconist, weekly market on Tuesdays all year round, convenience stores, "Coccinelle" supermarket, gas station and car wash, craft brewery with tours, beauty salon...

Other things

Pets are not allowed.
The rooster crows around 08:00 in winter and 7:00 in spring. Earplugs available on request!

Rules

I can be flexible about arrival times.
Respect for the quiet in the village, don't make too much noise as the neighbors are not far away.
