Description

User of Homecamper for more than 1 year, I welcome you on a small piece of land the time to rest from your walks, on the GR34 for example, the velomaritime passes just in front of the house. 2 sheep, 2 cats, 2 hens and 1 nice rooster are free and harmless. Sometimes my dog is there too. You just have to stay calm next to them.

The setting

The land is located on my house, in a small and quiet place, 4km from the town of Fréhel, 2km from Sables d'Or les Pins (small seaside resort with its magnificent beach, its Casino, its restaurants, etc.), 1km approximately from the beach of l'Anse du Croc (the Old Town of Pléhérel-Plage). The Cap Fréhel is easily accessible by bike (about 7km including a bike path) and the Fort La Latte a little further...

The spots

1 van / small autonomous van or 2 tents.
I only welcome one "group" at a time.

The sanitary facilities

There is no access to the shower, but a "solar shower" can be installed on your arrival on the roof of your van or other. You can set up your tent with your sanitary facilities on the site.
There is a drinking water tap accessible outside and electrical outlets (see equipment).
Your garbage and waste should be deposited in the city containers at the end of the street.

The amenities

An extension cord can be lent to you if you need it (P17 and normal plugs + drinking water tap, accessible outside).
The WIFI is accessible with reason, I work on the spot.

The activities

You can easily reach the GR34 on foot, rent bicycles in Sables d'Or (depending on the season), visit the lighthouse of Cap Fréhel at 7km, the Fort La Latte; fishing and beaches, restaurant accessible on foot in the old town in season and some school vacations (only 1.5km), seaside resort at 2km, 20min walk (Casino, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, bakery, press house, weekly market on Sundays in July and August in Sables d'Or.
The village of Fréhel has 2 bakeries, tobacco shop, weekly market on tuesday all year long, local shops, supermarket "Coccinelle", gas station and car wash, brewery with visits...

Other things

Animals will not be accepted because of the presence of my sheep which are free-range and fearful.
The rooster, in winter, crows around 08h00. Earplugs offered !

Rules

I can be flexible on arrival times.
Respect of the quietness in the village, do not make too much noise because the neighbors are not far.
