Description

Hi, we are a couple with a little boy of three and we are renovating an old stone house. Our goal is to do permaculture and try to become as self-sufficient as possible in food but also to make it a place of welcome and sharing.

The setting

Large plot of land on a mountain side with a view on the town of Marco De Canaveses. The land consists of several terraces in a wooded environment with the sound of the small river below (not accessible via the land for the moment) quiet and wild atmosphere but we hear the activity of the village during the day.

The spots

Several semi-shaded places available to put your tent, you choose...

For the vans on the other hand just one or two place in the sun for the vehicles but shaded and fresh garden, just next door. Ps: very narrow street just the small van pass or pilot with the compass in the eye, I pass with my truck box 20m2.

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities for the moment, only mobile dry toilets and water jerry cans

The amenities

WiFi around the house as well as water and electricity. We will do our best to make you as comfortable as possible.

The activities

Plenty to do in the area, river spot, waterfall, GR walk, restaurants, bar, water park, amusement park, craft store and all within a 30min drive.

Other things

We don't do this for the money but for the pleasure of welcoming and meeting new people, I was clear and honest in the description but everything is evolving, thank you ;) . If you have any questions I will answer you with pleasure ...

Rules

The basic rules... respect the neighborhood and the land, then everything is possible... (small evening with friends, sports or artistic activities)

For the smokers, I do not tolerate any butts on the ground...

In dry period, fires are forbidden...
