We have been living sporadically for 17 years and permanently from this year in a very beautiful nature retreat in southern Hungary.
The small, dreamy, village can be reached only via a spur road. There is no trade and no through traffic. Behind the property begins the wild romantic Puzsta with a lush flora and fauna.
We occupy a lovingly renovated farmhouse of the former Danube Swabians and are currently renovating the old, original adobe house of our former neighbors Gladly interested people can contact us who want to touch for free housing and food. E.g. clay building experts.
The property with the two houses is approx. 3 ha . large and offers much place also for campers, caravans and tents. It is divided into a high plateau with a beautiful view, a steep slope covered with vegetation, a courtyard and garden area and a bush area that slopes slightly down to the small river.
Spontaneously 5 areas of approx. 200 - 400 sqm each are available.
Who wants can stand completely separately, framed by lush nature.
Our friendly neighbors run a real, small organic farm . There are fruits and vegetables completely natural directly from the earth.
From next year, the first animals will also be acquired on our farm and a garden will be created. Who has desire to the Mitgestalten can announce itself gladly.
It should arise in a short time a largely self-sufficient life base.
Also wine tastings with the surrounding winegrowers can be organized with pleasure.
The setting
You will be immersed in a place steeped in history, which is gradually awakening, as if from a long slumber.The village is nestled in the valley of a small river.

There is no air pollution far and wide. In the different areas of the property a microclimate has formed where it is pleasantly cool under the dense trees even at high temperatures in summer. The starry skies are also beautiful due to the clean air. There is also a hobby telescope.

Here you will find pure peace and relaxation. Everywhere you can find natural herbs . During the walks in the adjacent Puzstalandschaft you dive, without disturbances quickly into the gentle vibrations of nature.
The spots
The places can be freely chosen in the sun or in the shade of the existing trees and bushes or below the steep slope.
Due to the former two plots with separate driveways and areas, a very individual choice of pitches is possible.
The sanitary facilities
In the main house there is a shower bath with an extra access from the outside and a tub bath. An outdoor shower for the summer is also available.A jacuzzi already exists and a swimming pool is in planning.
Small solar showers are available several times during the summer.
In nearby Dombovar Guneras and Tamasi you can also enjoy very good, typical Hungarian, thermal baths.
The sanitary facilities of the main house can be used throughout and in the outdoor area there are several solar showers and 3 camping toilets that are fed into the new biogas generator.
The amenities
There is wifi internet , also a small office with all accessories in the main house.
The kitchen of the main house can also be used. It is fully equipped and everything can be used.
All available fruits and vegetables can be used. Of particular interest is the abundant elderberry with its extraordinary healing powers. . Many varieties of wild herbs can be found right in the area and chamomile and horsemint grow freely in nature.
It is also possible to heat the old clay oven and cook as in grandma's times.
Electricity can be used by cable on each pitch. Also water by hose can be connected directly.
Of course you can also barbecue, make campfire and cook goulash soup.
A large terrace at the gable of the mud house offers plenty of space for social gatherings.
There are small sitting areas in different parts of the property. Also a grape arbor, where you can relax directly under the grapes and leaves.
The activities
The adjacent Puszta invites you to adventure tours. Badminton, table tennis and many other games are available.
We also offer an adventure tour by jeep directly into the adjacent wilderness.
For campers with very large vehicles we offer for flexible mobility a small, 4 - door Hyundai I 10 for 29 euros / day.
Other things
Our nature retreat was chosen and planned as a haven of peace from our otherwise often stressful everyday life. It should be a meeting place for mindful people who communicate with each other attentively and respectfully. Artists of all genres are welcome. Various instruments and easels are available. Of course there is something for sports and games.
