Description

70,000m² peninsula in the middle of the Seine, planted with trees and featuring a 10,000m² lake with private beach for up to 20 travelers.

The setting

A peninsula located in the Seine valley in the "Bassée", featuring a 10,000 m² enclosed lake with a small desert island in the middle. No roads nearby, a complete break from civilization, ideal for relaxing away from the noise to the sound of birds and frogs.

The spots

All around the lake, or in the forest, campers can choose their ideal spot for seclusion (apart from the beach area). For those who love the jungle, it's possible to set up at the end of the peninsula in the forest for total peace and quiet!
The beach is available during the day from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, but campers must set up camp outside this area reserved for relaxation.
Electricity and water can be supplied to a part of the Domaine close to the beach and sanitary facilities, while the rest of the peninsula is wild and undeveloped.

The sanitary facilities

A small house has been fitted out as a bathroom, with a hot shower (thermostatic mixer tap), a small washbasin and a WC.
There is no sink for washing up.

The amenities

We can provide an extension cord to your pitch (only in the eligible area) for €20 per night.
The beach is equipped with green Hesperide deckchairs for your use (the rest of the furniture, marquees, kitchen and bar are private and strictly forbidden to campers).

DOGS FORBIDDEN IN THE ENTIRE ESTATE.

Campfires are only allowed in the braziers supplied with wood from our Domaine. This service is available at €50, with a stock of wood to last a whole night.

No other type of fire will be allowed on the estate under penalty of exclusion.


Beware of the many water features that may present a risk of drowning!

There is no supervised swimming, so please be careful and keep a close eye on your children.

Due to the presence of my two small cats, pets are not allowed on the Domaine.

No dogs on the estate!

Rules

DOGS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

Arrival times: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (after this time, it will not be possible to enter the Domaine).
Departure times: maximum 11:00 a.m. The pitch must be vacated and the rubbish deposited in the garbage can by the gate.
It is possible to use the beach on the day of your departure for an additional fee of 15€ per person, until 7:00 pm.

The beach area is NON-SMOKING (areas are set aside around the beach for smokers) and smokers throughout the Domaine must be particularly careful to keep their cigarette butts with them, and not risk setting fire to our forest!

The beach area is open from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Outside these hours, the beach is not accessible for safety reasons and to ensure the peace and quiet of other campers. This means that the beach area is strictly off-limits from 7pm to 9am, and is under alarm and video surveillance.

It is possible on request to organize parties with campers on the beach, on reservation with the possibility of Paella, couscous, barbecue, pizza on wood fire... dance, Karaoke, concerts.... these services will be charged according to the menu and services requested.

Swimming is officially "forbidden", so I ask everyone to be reasonable and to take responsibility for the dangers of swimming near water.
Children under the age of 16 must remain under close parental supervision at all times, and respect the peace and quiet of the area for the peace and quiet of other campers!

Animals are not allowed on the Domaine, especially dogs.
