Description

We offer a small corner of tranquility with a breathtaking view of the village of Joyeuse in the land on which we are developing a project in agroecology, permaculture and crafts.

The setting

The land adjoins the house and consists of several dry-stone terraces where we cultivate olive trees, a small vineyard and some fruit trees, in addition to market gardening. There are only two neighbors, with no onlookers, so peace and quiet are guaranteed. The terraces overlook the village of Joyeuse and the Beaume river.

The spots

There are only a few pitches available, as a large part is used for olive groves. We therefore propose a pitch for a group of 5-6 people maximum, i.e. two or three tents maximum. Larger tents (over 5 m wide or long) cannot be accommodated.
The pitch consists solely of terraces, so to access the sanitary facilities you have to climb the stone steps back to the main residence.
We also offer access to a lounge exclusively for home campers, with sofas, table and chairs, coffeemaker, teapot and fridge.

The sanitary facilities

The toilets and shower are in the main residence and are exclusively dedicated for home campers. They are located in a separate part of the main residence. We will give you the keys so that you can access them at any time. Possibility to use the washing machine: 2€ euros/machine.

The amenities

We have wifi but the network is not available on the pitch, only in the living room and at the garden table and barbecue.
Equipment available= electric coffee-maker - electric teapot - fridge
food: salt - pepper - sugar - barbecue and charcoal

electricity available in the living room

The activities

river 5 minutes by car - 15 minutes on foot
Great opportunities for hiking - visits to surrounding villages - canoeing
On the farm, you can discover the work we do, and we'll be happy to share some of our market-gardening techniques.

Other things

Prohibitions:. 1. making fire, 2. noisy or uncontrolled meetings. 3. touching any object or tool in the workshop. 4. entering people other than registered campers. 5. leaving garbage in a commercial area or other place on the property. 6. Fail to notify arrival or departure time.
