Hello,

With my husband Valentin, we became owners on June 10, 2021 of a farmhouse!

We would like to make use of this place that we appreciate enormously to make meetings, and to share this immense space.

After 6 months of renovations, we live in the main house since December 20th!

The setting

It is a large farmhouse with 7 buildings.
There is the classic U of the farm buildings. We are in a place said with a house, as much to say to you that the framework is completely calm.

We can describe the site as divisible in 4 different parts!

There is the orchard, the U, the barn, and next to the longère.

The sky is very clear when the weather is good and you can admire the constellations which are fantastic!

A very nice view to have breakfast in short a place out of time!

We are located at 15/20 mn from Loches, the biggest city for shopping and walking. It is a medieval town with a lot of charm!

1h from Tours, and almost all the castles of the Loire Valley :)

At 45 minutes, there is also Angle sur Anglin which is also a very very nice medieval village !

In the city, there is the Indre river, a small river in the area, where it is good to swim when you know the places (which we can show you).

There is also the Grand Pressigny, a village with the Museum of Prehistory.

At 20 minutes you will find the zoological park of the Haute touche, a place known for the naturalness of the site!

Montresor, one of the most beautiful villages in France, is also 20 minutes away, as well as Chedigny, the village with a thousand roses.

The spots

The site is very easy to access.
The terrain can be uneven but it is easy to pitch tents. That said, we only have one shaded area: the orchard, which can accommodate 6 tents.

We have various covered and uncovered areas to put your caravan or minivan!

The sanitary facilities

We have an outside drinking water tap attached to the house.

You can access the shower from our house.

We have a dry toilet on the orchard side for your use!

The amenities

Electricity possible.
No wifi.

Rules

The site is not fenced, animals and children are under your responsibility!

Please pick up your garbage before leaving :)

Noise in the respect of the neighborhood !
