Small location close to the sea.

The setting

Located between the city and the sea (2km). There is a little activity during the day related to the market gardening but in the evening it is very quiet.

The spots

Grassy pitch on fenced land with secured access.
The ground is slightly sloping and without shade.
The road passes close by but is not very (email hidden)During the day on weekdays there may be tractors and trucks.
The location is ideal for people looking for a place to stay for one or two nights.
It will be possible to set back a little from the road if you wish but there will be less space.

The sanitary facilities

The shower and toilets are accessible when we are present at home and until 9pm.
Rain water (not drinkable) is permanently available if needed near the site.

You can have access to deck chairs, garden table, hammock on request.
I can pull an extension cord for electricity to the site if needed.

The activities

We are 2km from the beach of Magouëro. A few minutes by car from the island of Saint-Cado and the Ria d'Etel or from Quiberon and Carnac.

Some services are not apparent in the ad but may be available depending on the situation such as access to kitchen, fridge, pool, etc...

Rules

No noise in the evening so as not to disturb the neighborhood.
Leave the site and the various places used as clean as you found them.
Arrive on site before 10:30 pm on the first night.

Tent ready

It is possible to lend a Canadian tent, a Quechua 2 second or a classic tent with a front that can accommodate a table for example. All three offer about 3 beds. I can lend two inflatable mattresses that can accommodate one person.
A supplement of 5€ will be necessary for a tent.
