Nuno made us feel very welcome and helped us choose the best possible spot on his land. The nomadic atmosphere is just what we expected, with a very functional sanitary block sufficient for 7 or 8 pitches.
We just wish we'd had a container to leave our little garbage bag. -

We loved camping at Nuno's campsite. Beautiful panoramic views, a large, shady pitch equipped with table, chairs, deckchair and hammock, and what a pleasure to enjoy a dip in the cool reserve after a hot day visiting the Algarve! Nuno's welcome is warm and efficient. The proximity of Silves led us to discover this very beautiful town, which charmed us and is teeming with restaurants and other services useful to tourists.
Thanks to Nuno for showing us around his farm, which makes you want to come back in the spring to taste avocados!
The work currently underway will enable us to expand the sanitary facilities in the short term, which will be very welcome in the event of an influx of visitors. -

Magnificent sunsets and a very pleasant pool, which the children were able to enjoy, even playing with their daughter, who is very friendly and speaks English.
Access to clean sanitary facilities with hot water! Perfect after a hot day visiting the region! -

You have anything you need and Nuno is continuing to improve and add things to make your stay even more better. If you already followed my first recommendation to stay here - here is my second advice:
You should treat yourself to some relaxation and book a massage at Brunna! It is definitely worth it! And after this - get some food and nice mojitos from Nuno and Brunna! ;) Would love to stay longer. I'm sure this was not our last stay there :) See you next time! -

A friendly, rustic place, we loved swimming in its original "pool", which is a retention basin. Nuno made us and our dog very welcome, and it was a great meeting point on our journey.

I stayed at Nuno’s and Brunna’s place for two nights. Communication was easy throughout the whole process and stay. They have two children (also very nice the eldest even speaks some English!) and three dogs (two of them are allowed all over the place meaning they even came to visit us at our campsites :). Brunna and Nuno will also give you good advice about sightseeing trips!
The place itself is very spacious and calm. The outdoor kitchen as well as the toilet and shower were always clean and enjoyable. Because of the heat the water reservoir was only filled up halfway meaning I did not take a swim but enjoyed the lounging area around the water reservoir. The stairs you take are to go back and forth between the campsites and the kitchen/bathroom are a bit wobbly but otherwise everything else was very nice. Would recommend! -
Fenia G.My time at the Quinta Sol Poente was amazing! I could choose the spot to put up my tent and spent even more days there because it was so beautiful and I had such a great view! The whole family is so lovely and I felt very welcome. We had really good food together, sharing thoughts and experiences - thank you so much for that! Would definitely come back if I can and the Massage of Brunna is definitely worth it!!

Ideally located, everything is done in less than an hour. The terrain is great, we really feel like we are camping in the wild.

Grace C.Awesome camping :) Nuno and his family are super welcoming and love having guests stay. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets from his farm and will definitely go back in the future. If you are tent camping, make sure your tent bottom is thick or take a tarp to protect it from the little rocks along with a sleeping pad.

This was our first homecamping experience and we enjoyed it because of the hospitality and kindness of Nuno and Brunna.
Their large property is a haven of peace in the middle of nature and they let you choose where you want to stay.
You have at your disposal a toilet and a hot shower.
At only 3 km from Silves, it is very easy to walk to the village, to visit the castle with interesting historical explanations, or to walk along the river Arada.
We will be back. -

The property is beautiful with views over the landscape and mountains.
The property is big and you are able to pick your own spot and feel like you're alone in the Portuguese nature.
Nuno was easy to communicate with and very helpful. He gave guidance to hiking routes in the area. Silves is just around the corner.
Water supply and bathroom worked like a charm - perfect! -

Nuno welcomed us, showed us the land (did you know avocados grow in Portugal?!) and also sent tips on the best restaurants and hidden gems. If we have a way, we will definitely return!
