Description

Private property on the edge of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. Shops and activity providers are 200 meters away.

The setting

We are located in a rural setting. The property is surrounded by meadows and almond trees on three sides. The motorhome area is the closest to the road. In most cases, however, our guests do not find the noise disturbing.

The spots

We offer four pitches with electricity (optional extra) on a flat grassy site with a few trees. We accept motorhomes of all sizes, including trailers. The area reserved for you is behind the swimming pool and summer kitchen and at the entrance to the park.

The sanitary facilities

At present, we don't offer emptying, filling up with water or sanitary facilities.

The amenities

We offer free wi-fi access near the pool, a fully equipped summer kitchen with barbecue, microwave, crockery, a park with playground, ping-pong table, boules pitch and picnic area, a heated saltwater swimming pool in season, and parking. The property is fully fenced and secure.

The activities

Numerous activities are available on site. Hiking and cycling trails are within easy reach. Leisure activity providers are just across the road. The region is particularly popular for mountain biking, horse riding, canoeing down the Ardèche, donkey trekking, visits to caves such as the Grotte Chauvet, the Lavender Museum, the Ardèche Gorges, etc.

Other things

We strongly recommend that you call us before coming. We only accept motorhomes and fully autonomous vehicles, including trailers and long vehicles. Tents are not permitted on the property.
Rates are for low season only. The price for 2 people is €20.00/day in July and August and €5.00 for each additional person, up to a maximum of 3.

Rules

Arrivals are at noon or between 4pm and 7pm. Departures before noon. We like to interact with our visitors, and a detour to the reception area to say goodbye is always much appreciated.

We ask everyone to respect others, in particular by not making too much noise and leaving the premises clean.

Children must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents at all times. They may not enter the pool area unless accompanied by an adult.

Pets are accepted at an additional cost, provided they do not cause a nuisance to residents. They are not allowed in the pool area and must be kept on a leash. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.

Any breach of these common-sense rules, aimed at the well-being of everyone, may result in the immediate departure of the offender, with no possibility of reimbursement for the shortened stay.

A continental breakfast will be placed in a basket in front of your (email hidden)You can have it whenever and wherever you like: under your awning, by the pool, on the veranda, in the park...

It's also possible to book a plate of local produce for two, a picnic basket, a table d'hôtes, etc.

    The space for campers is large, the grassy area is still a bit wet for the season. The electricity is great! We hear the cars on the road which is nevertheless passing but that did not prevent us from finding the sleep.
