Description

Set in 3000m2 of wooded grounds, it's as if you were in the countryside, yet close to the town and its shops.
In a quiet location, you'll be able to use our covered swimming pool in fine weather from May to September!
Toilets are available, and electric hook-up is also possible!

The setting

Lawn, trees, out of sight, quiet place because a park for walking is just behind our property.
Little noise and almost no vehicle noise!

The spots

If the camper van is too big, we can either put it in front of our house on a tarmac or lawn site (but closer to the road), or access it from the side of the house at the rear of the site on a flat, shady surface.

The sanitary facilities

Toilets available in the pool area.
Also in progress at poolside is a water access with sink (cold drinking water only).

The amenities

Possibility of connecting to an electrical terminal at the rear of the site, or to an outside outlet at the front.

45 minutes from the coast ( les sables d'ollonne)
45 minutes from Venise verte
30 minutes from la roche sur ton
5 minutes from Lac de touchegray in Chantonnay, with summer activities such as canoeing, horseback riding, inflatables and supervised swimming.

Rules

From 10 p.m., please be careful not to make too much noise outside.
Swimming possible until 10:00 pm.
Access to our grounds, with a code provided for the gate.
Please leave the grounds clean when you leave.
We have three very friendly dogs. They love to be petted and played with.
