Description

I rent a piece of garden 3 minutes walk from the beach.
This little corner of paradise, which I've christened "la folie", is an old vineyard, and a few trees (pine, cherry) provide welcome shade in summer. I regularly welcome friends as soon as the warm weather arrives, but it's big enough for everyone to have their own space. In theory, there's no electricity, but the generator hums for a few hours a day, and you can charge a cell phone. Water.

The setting

Several pine trees on the grounds and access to the beach within walking distance. Quiet location. The campsite next door has a restaurant and mini-market open to outsiders.

I offer 1 plot of 150m2 approximately. For motorhomes maximum dimensions to pass through the gate: 7m 2m20

The sanitary facilities

Small cabin with dry toilet and shower
Cold water for shower and washing-up
Compulsory biodegradable products for washing up and showering: provided so as not to damage the site

Other things

I offer my land during winter but only for autonomous van/camping-car: access to drinking water but not to dry toilets. Reservations until April 1st for 2 nights or more. The rate is reduced according to this information. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.
