The property is about 8 kilometers from the Cabril dam. On Monday mornings there is a municipal market in the village of Pedrógão Grande (about 7/8 kilometers away) and on Sunday mornings in the village of Pedrógão Pequeno (about 10) kilometers away.) Ribeira de Pêra is about 10 minutes drive away on a dirt road.
