I will welcome you in all simplicity, and show you the most remarkable places, according to your tastes.

The setting

The plot lies between village and countryside, in a peaceful setting. The day is punctuated by the sound of church bells.

The sea is only 1/2 hour away.
Guingamp is 15 minutes away, Lanion 25 minutes and Saint-Brieuc 45 minutes.

The surrounding area is rich in cultural, historical and, of course, gastronomic heritage!

The spots

The courtyard is used for vehicles, the garden for tents. There is no independent access.

I must be present to enter and leave the site. If I can take your reservation, it's because I'm able to be at your disposal.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are those of the house.

The amenities

The kitchen equipment is that of the house. It's possible to organize access to them simply and easily.

Wi-Fi is available in the courtyard, but no further.
Electrical outlets are those of the house. An extension cord can be installed if required.

The activities

The large field is ideal for ball games and other activities. A "boules bretonnes" pitch is nearby.
There are many picturesque walks around the site. A small leisure park is 8 km away.
The pink granite coast is 25 km away.

Other things

The house is home to animals. It is therefore necessary to observe certain safety measures, for the well-being of all.

For the same reason, it is difficult for me to welcome your pets.
However, under certain conditions, it is possible to make arrangements. Please do not hesitate to contact me to find out if your project is feasible.
