Description

40 acres private nice flat bushland/parkland grounds, full of birds including brolga and emu and resident kangaroos, hundreds of ducks. There are two pretty dams. Only 7 minutes to the beach and boat ramps. Amazing fishing at Baffle creek - famous fishing spot. Also good for mud crabbing. Drinking water available at main house also small fridge and large freezer available at main house with independent access.

The setting

Beautiful flat park like bushland grounds surrounded by kangaroos and nature. Peaceful atmosphere. 40 acres.

The spots

Guests may choose any spot they prefer on the 40 acres. It is mostly flat. There are plenty of shade trees, firewood can be collected from around the property. All spots have easy access. 4wd vehicles are preferred.

No electricity. but phones can be charged at main house shed.

The activities

Kayak available for use in baffle creek and surrounds. Highly recommend the fishing and birdwatching in the area. Close to the great barrier reef for snorkelling and scuba diving.

Other things

There is a charming rustic tin pub at baffle creek and bottle shop. There is also a takeaway shop and cafe. There is a fishing supplies shop at baffle creek shops as well.

Rules

The only rule is to have fun, you are free to come and go at any time of the day or night, smoking is allowed and children welcome.
