If you are looking for peace and quiet, you have come to the right place. Our small, tranquil village "Windisch-Bockenfeld" stands for nature, idyll and time out.

Take advantage of the unique location and go for long walks through magnificent forests and meadows.

If you need a bit of variety in addition to all the peace and quiet, it is best to take a day trip to the nearby (approx. 10km) Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The historic old town invites you to linger!

I promise you a hidden and idyllic pitch on our camping meadow with a fabulous view. Your home on four wheels can be parked both on the meadow and on a gravelled area.

  • We arrived and were warmly welcomed by Laura. The pitch was very nicely located. There was a small airfield nearby. It was really fun to watch the gliders take off and land. There was also no noise pollution because very quiet.
    There was everything you needed.
    It was great to bike, hike or explore the surrounding area.
    Nearby is a bison ranch with a nature trail that had interesting information to offer.
    All in all it was very nice and recommendable.
