Description

You'll be amazed by the unobstructed view from this sunrise-facing plot overlooking Mont Blanc. Quiet location. Close to shops and outdoor activities.

The setting

On the edge of a forest, at the end of a dead-end road, far from main roads and traffic.
Departure point for hiking trails (Mont Popey...), mountain bike circuits (Pays de l'Arbresle, Tour du pays...).

The plot is 500m from the village center of Saint Romain de Popey and its shops (bakery, patisserie, grocery store). Local producers (fruit, vegetables, wine, cheese, meat).
Local organic market gardener (open Friday afternoons).

The spots

Private plot of 2200m². Flat area (grass) of 250m² for vehicles and tents.
Relatively steep access road (access: OK with car and van / not recommended with camper / impossible with caravan).

24-hour outside tap (cold water only).
Sanitary facilities and shower in the accommodation (when owner is present).
