Ideally located on the GR34, wooded plot (pines) with tiered terraces.
Exceptional view over the Bay of St Brieuc.
Direct access to GR34 and beach.
Private parking.

The setting

The grounds are fenced and dotted with pine trees.
The garden has 3 lawned levels.
180° sea view over the bay.
Exceptional view of Martin Rock and Martin Beach. The garden gives direct access to the GR34 and the "plage des escaliers".

The spots

I'd like to welcome you to my vacation site, which is accessible by car or minivan with a slightly steep descent. All pitches have a sea view.
It is possible to accommodate several guests (tents) while respecting everyone's privacy. However, for the sake of comfort, I limit the number of pitches to either a single family, or a group of holidaymakers staying together, or 2/3 groups agreeing to share the site while keeping a reserved space.
So, even if the booking calendar is blocked at the requested dates, don't hesitate to contact me and I'll see with you and my 1st campers if it's ok to share. The site is large...

The sanitary facilities

Shared sanitary facilities are located in the chalet. It is therefore necessary to make arrangements on arrival to establish rules for their use.
Opening hours are 8:00/10:00-18:00/22:00.
Cleanliness rules are necessary for the respect of everyone, and moderate use of the sanitary facilities is requested.
You will have access to the bathroom (shower surcharge €2/person - washbasin - septic tank toilet). An outdoor water point is available, but please use it sparingly. Water is precious, especially in summer, so be sure to turn off the taps after use. You can also use your own solar-powered shower, which you'll need to pack in your luggage.
There are public showers and toilets on Martin beach, accessible from the beach at low tide or from the GR 34.

The amenities

Access to water is available outside, as are electric hook-ups, 2 euros/day (please bring an extension cord >20 meters).
Garden furniture (table, chairs, hammock...) can be provided.
No wifi. But internet network with variable speed.

The activities

*Seaside: beach, swimming, hiking, fishing, kayaking, paddling, paragliding, diving, sailing, coastal discovery...
*Land: GR34, cycling, mountain biking, hiking...
*Nearby: discover the viaducts, the town of St Brieuc, Binic, Ile de Bréhat, Sillon de Talbert, St Malo, Vallée des Saints...
*Board games available.
*Beach Art with or without me!

Other things

Pets are not allowed.
The garden is maintained by us, so please be respectful: the flowerbeds are not paths.
Tourist tax (Taxe de Séjour) must be paid in addition at the current rate.
+ Shower supplement 2 euros/person.
+ Electricity surcharge 2 euros/day.

Arrival from 3:00 pm, departure before 11:00 am.
Please respect the neighborhood (music, talking, noise...) and the use of common areas (cleanliness, dirt, waste).
Garbage cans are available inside the site.
Festive events with or without alcoholic beverages are forbidden on the grounds.
Smokers are asked to be vigilant and not to throw away their cigarette butts.
Please leave the site clean when you leave.

Possibility of breakfast (€7 / person)

Hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate, milk).
Orange or apple juice.
Baguette, sandwich bread or brioche.
Butter, jam.
(Yogurt, compote, fruit, honey, spreads... on request)

Tent ready

I can lend you a tent for 2 to 4 people, supp. 10 euros/night/2/3 pers.
Please bring a sleeping bag.
Mattress supplied.

Land & setting
  • Incredible location! Exceptional location with direct access to the GR34 and the beach. Quality, clean sanitary facilities in a real house (not a shed). We had an excellent stay. We hiked and rode electric bikes (sea bike route nearby). Hélène and Philippe are extremely welcoming and attentive. We had breakfast on the terrace facing the sea. We highly recommend it and would be delighted to return.

  • Thank you Hélène for your warm welcome to your Garden of Eden! To date, the most beautiful spot we've experienced with our van, thank you thank you thank you!

  • Thanks to Hélène and Philippe, who brought our vacation to a perfect close with an extraordinary view ????

  • We were looking for a moment of calm with my partner, and a real paradise was offered to us during our stay!

The site is ideal, we had a view of the sea, our tent was in the shade, we came with two small thin camping mattresses and we slept perfectly, because the sound of the sea rocks the night and the ground with grass is perfect for camping.
Access to the shower and toilet is simple (in the inhabitant's house) and the bathroom is clean and very pleasant (small window with sea view, hot water).
Access to the sea is via a small path, 2 minutes away! The beach is magnificent, and when the tide is out, we were able to walk to the other beaches and a small island.
We were on foot, but access to the other towns nearby is no problem and otherwise hitchhiking is very easy in the area.
Thanks again to Hélène and Philippe, for their warm welcome, discretion and kindness!
We had a very, very good stay, and we hope to come back soon!

  • An exceptional stay with lovely hosts :)
Ideal for a change of scenery; to try your hand at water sports (kayaking, paddleboarding nearby), walks; to observe the flora and fauna.

  • But what a magical place!
The view, the beach and its direct access via the charming little path...
Thanks to Hélène and Philippe for sharing their corner of paradise, as well as their good advice on things to see and do around here!
Your garden is magnificent, and your kindness is the icing on the cake!
The capricious weather didn't manage to spoil our pleasure! It just made us want to try our luck again... in the sun!
Thank you for your warm welcome, and we look forward to seeing you again!
(and a special mention for the mandalas on the beach the day we left ;)

  • We spent two nights in a van in an exceptional setting! Hélène and her husband are adorable and do everything to make this place magical. Thank you both, we'll be back and next time we'll extend our stay by a few days ;)

  • To date, our most beautiful Homecamper stay.
Of course the location, and no need to give adjectives, the photos speak for themselves! It's got all the comforts you need, plus the scenery and the energy of the place.
As for our hosts, well, it was a wonderful meeting. Hélène and Philippe welcomed us with sincerity, good humor, conviviality and sharing. Thank you so much for these 4 fabulous nights, which will remain in our memories.
    We'll be back for sure!

  • An extraordinary experience with warm hosts who took great care of us. This is a wonderful, peaceful place, and if you happen to be passing through, don't miss it, as the view and the hosts are well worth the detour. Thank you, Hélène and Philippe, for this pleasant moment of sharing.

  • Hélène and Philippe are very friendly and welcoming hosts, and made us feel right at home. The setting is fantastic, a little corner of Breton paradise that makes us want to come back very soon!
The tent is set on the edge of the cliff and the footpath, 8 minutes from the beach. The view is superb in the early morning, waking up to the sound of the waves... and a starry night with the sea as a horizon...

We recommend this little gem for campers looking for peace and quiet ;)

  • Thank you for the welcome in this magnificent place. A beautiful place for total independence not far from the sea.

  • Wow, what a beautiful place to stay, the view and the easy access to the GR 34
A stair to the beach for a morning swim????
We only slept there for one night, such a pity.
Helene and William , thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness we love to come back

  • We had a wonderful stay on this beautiful site, which simply makes you want to switch off, enjoy this corner of paradise and continually extend your stay.
The hosts are helpful, welcoming and full of friendly suggestions.
An address to remember and share without hesitation!

  • A wonderful interlude at Hélène's place, a magnificent spot to pitch the tent, a welcome hot shower after a good swim in the sea down in the garden!
And, best of all, breakfast served facing the sea! Services worthy of a fine hotel!
    Thank you so much!

  • We had a great stay with Hélène
    Very warm welcome
    Beautiful setting with sea view
We will come back without hesitation

  • Our second stay with Hélène and Phillip, a place of longing, which we leave only with a heavy heart.
The warmth and care that we are well and lack nothing is incredible and touched and and deep.
The fantastic view and the loving ambience in the house (shower & toilet) contributes to the relaxation.
We got very good tip for discoveries.
We will come again! Many thanks to Hélène and Phillip for the wonderful time and moments with you!

  • Our stay at this HomeCamper site was amazing! Such lovely and welcoming people. We were allowed to use the bathroom inside their house, which was always clean and available. The beach can be easily reached by walking for about 5 minutes. It is a secluded beach and we did not encounter any jellyfish, so all in all an amazing place to rest, swim and meet lovely hosts.

  • Very warm welcome from Hélène and William, we felt a desire to share their little corner of paradise with us
We spent a good time in this place with a magnificent view. In premium with a beach to some meters.
For our part, we will return there if we are in the area. We strongly recommend this place.

  • Thanks to Hélène and Philippe for their warm welcome and their kindness.
Extraordinary view on the sea and the coasts from their garden, with shaded areas to pitch the tent in case of strong heat. Nearby beaches, supervised or not and accessible on foot.
A piece of Eden in the land of Armor.
