Description

Ideally located on the GR34, land with trees (pines) with terraces in levels.
Exceptional view on the bay of St Brieuc.
Direct access to GR34 and beach.
Private parking.

The setting

The land is fenced and dotted with pine trees.
It is a garden with 3 levels on lawn.
180° sea view on the bay.
Exceptional view on the Martin rock and Martin beach. The garden gives a direct access to the GR34 and to the "plage des escaliers".

The spots

The site is accessible by car or minivan with a slightly sloping descent.
It is possible to accommodate several guests (tents) while respecting the privacy of each. Nevertheless for the comfort, I limit the number of pitches, either to one family, or to a group of holidaymakers staying together, or 2/3 groups accepting the sharing of the place while keeping a reserved space.

The sanitary facilities

The common sanitary facilities are located in the chalet. It is therefore necessary to make arrangements upon arrival to establish rules for their use.
The schedules are as follows: 8:00 am/10:00 pm-6:00 pm/21:30 pm.
The rules of cleanliness require a moderate use of the toilets.
You will have access to the bathroom (shower supplement 2€ - washbasin - septic tank). A water point outside is available, with a reasonable use, water is precious, especially in summer, close the taps after service. The use of your solar shower is possible, to slip into your luggage.
You will find on the beach of Martin public showers and toilets, access by the beach at low tide or by the GR 34.

The amenities

Access to water is available outside as well as electrical connections, 2 euros/day (bring extension cords).

The activities

*Sea side: beach, swimming, walking, fishing, kayaking, paddle, paragliding, diving, sailing, discovery of the coastline...
*Land side : GR34, cycling, mountain biking, hiking...
*Around : discovery of the viaducts, the city of St Brieuc, Binic, Bréhat island, St Malo, the valley of saints...

Other things

Animals are not allowed.
The garden is maintained by our care, be respectful, the flowerbeds are not paths.
The visitor's tax is to be paid in addition according to the current rate.
+ Shower supplement 2 euros/person.
+ Electricity supplement 1 euro/day.

Rules

Arrival time from 3:00 pm, departure time before 11:00 am.
Thank you for respecting the neighborhood (music, speech, various noises...) and the use of common areas (cleanliness, dirt, waste).
Garbage cans are available inside the grounds.
Festive events with or without alcoholic beverages are forbidden on the grounds.
Smokers are asked to be vigilant and not to throw away their cigarette butts.
Please leave the site clean when you leave.

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€7 / person)

Hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate, milk).
Orange juice or apple juice.
Baguette, sandwich bread or brioche.
Butter, jam.
Fruits and vegetables.

  • Our stay at this HomeCamper site was amazing! Such lovely and welcoming people. We were allowed to use the bathroom inside their house, which was always clean and available. The beach can be easily reached by walking for about 5 minutes. It is a secluded beach and we did not encounter any jellyfish, so all in all an amazing place to rest, swim and meet lovely hosts.

  • Very warm welcome from Hélène and William, we felt a desire to share their little corner of paradise with us
We spent a good time in this place with a magnificent view. In premium with a beach to some meters.
For our part, we will return there if we are in the area. We strongly recommend this place.

  • Thanks to Hélène and Philippe for their warm welcome and their kindness.
Extraordinary view on the sea and the coasts from their garden, with shaded areas to pitch the tent in case of strong heat. Nearby beaches, supervised or not and accessible on foot.
A piece of Eden in the land of Armor.

  • We really appreciated the welcome of Hélène and Hubert on a unique site. We felt like we were at the end of the world thanks to a breathtaking view. We enjoyed the sunset and the sunrise from our place in Hélène's garden. We highly recommend this destination and we will keep an excellent memory of it. Thanks again to our hosts!
