Description

Warm, semi-detached garden with trees, located in Rennes. Travelers will be self-sufficient with access to a cold water point, garden table for 6. Please book a little in advance so that we can make arrangements together.

The setting

Warm, semi-detached garden with trees, located 20 minutes' walk from the town center along the Vilaine river, easily accessible by bus (8 min) or metro (line B). The garden is south-facing and long. Access to a table for 6 and a vegetable garden with aromatic herbs. Parking in adjacent street. Nearby: mini-market, biocoop, pharmacy...

The spots

The site is flat and offers several layouts. Large tents will find it a little cramped.

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are to be shared with the locals in complete simplicity.

The amenities

There's also a shed where you can store your belongings under cover.

The activities

The garden is close to a bus stop for the city center (5 stops). It is located in a rather quiet environment. The following services are available nearby: mini-market, pharmacy, post office, bank, tobacconist/press, bakery, Picard, Biocoop, Leclerc.
West ring road access 1km away.
Places to visit in Rennes: Lices market on Saturday mornings (not to be missed), pedestrian streets and half-timbered houses, Parc du Thabor, Place de la Mairie, banks of the Vilaine. Don't forget to book restaurants - they're often fully booked!
Nearby: St Malo 60 km (direct train possible), Mont Saint Michel 85 km, Brocéliande forest 40 km, Nantes 100 km...

Rules

We're in the city and the neighborhood is quiet, so travelers will have to adapt their schedules to the neighborhood.
A new feature is that the neighbors have a rooster, which makes you feel like you're in the countryside ???? !
