Description

Hello, it is with immense pleasure that we make available our PRIVATE garden with a view of fields, populated with birds of all kinds and wild animals: pheasants and hares.



It is NOT a campsite, but a PRIVATE GARDEN where you can stay.
You can make reservations and arrive or leave at the times you prefer while respecting the serenity of the place at night.

The setting

the Garden is quiet and traffic noise is far away while at night it is completely absent. The lighting is dim but allows for walking even in the dark; we are gearing up to allow for good lighting at the dinner table.

The spots

the land is flat and is free of trees because it is the SECONDARY access road to the garden that being wide allows for parking (you can't put pre-entry verandas)

The sanitary facilities

There is NO toilet available
NO hot water is available
NO shower available

The amenities

If you have a cell phone or pc to charge or have radios, there is electricity in the garden in the relaxation corner.
In case of rain there will be access to a covered basement relaxation corner.
There is NO cooking equipment available, NO, there is NO.
you can still order pizza and consume in covered area furnished with table and chairs (DRINKS in the SELF SERVICE fridge can be paid in cash or by card)

The activities

Nearby is the BUS stop
at 100 mt there is a BAR and a FOOD OFFER
at about 500 mt there is an equestrian club
the town center is also within walking distance (km1 there is an ice cream parlor)
there is the walking area, narrow streets of fields that pass through the vineyards of PROSECCO, the whole area is well attended every day
in about an hour you are at the SEA, VENICE or you can reach the mountains....

BUT ESPECIALLY YOU CAN ENJOY THE CHICKENING OF BIRDS AND THE RELAXATION OF THE AREA.

Other things

We are NOT a campground, but a garden, so don't expect the comforts and luxury of camping, but a simple COUNTRY GARDEN

Rules

THE ONLY REAL RULE
respect for SILENCE during the NIGHT hours and the PLACE
NO PETS (we have two dogs and the neighbor's dog often visits us, so the stay is not recommended for those who are afraid of DOGS)
NO CIGARETTE BUTTS, maps or empty bottles EVERYWHERE.
DO NOT scare away the MOROSET CHICKENS :-)
