The setting

The land is a large garden of 3000 m2 with a 180° sea view on the bay (5th bay in the world by its tidal range)

Renovated chalet on large enclosed garden and nice terrace with sea view.
Accommodation of 55 m2 ideal for a couple or a family with 2 children.
You will have :
*A living room (sofa), a round table with bench and chairs and an equipped kitchen (lv, fridge, gas plates, ovens, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and small appliances).
*A bathroom (ll, washbasin, shower, wc)
*A bedroom (bed 160x200cm, dressing room, safe)
*A sleeping area (small bunk beds)

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are located in the center of the chalet, it is necessary to be vigilant on the use because installation in septic tank. You also have water recovery outside.
New for summer 2022: black stone basin on renovated antique furniture, marble top and drip faucet.

The amenities

Linen on site (towels, sheets, dishcloth) with an extra charge of 5 euros per day or 20 euros per week.
At the chalet no wifi internet access.
Equipped kitchen.
Flat screen television with satellite channels.
Outdoor space with furniture (tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol...)
Barbecue with authorized use.

The activities

*Sea side: beach, swimming, walking, fishing, kayaking, paddle, paragliding, long-distance sailing, diving, discovering the coastline.
*Land side: GR34, hiking, biking, mountain biking, horseback riding.
*Surroundings : City of St Brieuc, the viaducts, the valley of the saints, Binic, Bréhat island, St Malo, Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Fort Lalatte....

Other things

Animals are not accepted, except on exceptional request with prior authorization.
The garden is maintained by our care, be respectful of the place.
The accommodation will be offered in good condition, it must be left clean and the equipment in good condition.
The tourist tax is to be paid in addition according to the tariff in force (number of people and duration of the stay).

Rules

Schedules:
*for arrival from 15:00 to 17:00.
*For the departure before 11:00 am.
Thank you for respecting the neighborhood (music, words, various noises...)
The chalet and the grounds must be clean when you leave (cleaning, garbage...), garbage cans are available outside the grounds.
IMPORTANT: festive events with or without alcoholic beverages are forbidden.
Smokers are asked to be vigilant and to dispose of their cigarette butts in ashtrays.
