Breathtaking view over the Bay of St Brieuc.
Direct access to beach and GR34 hiking trail.

The setting

The plot is a large garden of 3000 m2 with a 180° sea view over the bay (5th bay in the world for its tidal range).

The spots

Renovated chalet with large enclosed garden and large terrace with sea view.
Ideal 55 m2 accommodation for a couple or a family with 2 children.
You will have :
*A living room (sofa), a round table 1 extension with bench and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen (lv, fridge, gas hob, oven, crockery, pots and pans, utensils and small electrical appliances).
*A bathroom (toilet, washbasin, shower).
*bedroom (bed 160x200cm, dressing room, safe)
*Sleeping area (small bunk beds)

The sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are located in the center of the chalet, so you'll need to be careful how you use them, as they are installed in a septic tank. You also have access to water recovery outside.
New for summer 2022: black stone washbasin on renovated antique cabinet, marble top and drip faucet.

The amenities

Linen on site (towels, sheets, tea towel) at an extra charge of 5 euros per day or 20 euros per week.
No wifi internet access at the chalet.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Outdoor area with furniture (tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol...).
Barbecue with authorized use.

*Seaside: beach, swimming, walking, fishing, kayaking, paddling, paragliding, diving, sailing, coastal discovery.
*Land side: GR34, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding.
*Surroundings: Ville de St Brieuc, viaducts, vallée des saints, Binic, ile de Bréhat, St Malo, Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Fort Lalatte....

Other things

Pets are not allowed, unless exceptionally requested with prior authorization.
The garden is maintained by us, so please be respectful.
The accommodation will be offered in good condition; it must be left clean and the equipment in good condition.
Tourist tax is payable in addition at the current rate (number of people and length of stay).
News 2024 : I offer a pick-up service at train stations for a small fee.

Rules

Opening hours:
*for arrival from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
*For departure before 11:00 am.
Please respect the neighborhood (music, talking, noise...)
The chalet and grounds must be clean when you leave (cleaning, garbage...).
IMPORTANT: festive events with or without alcoholic beverages are forbidden.
Smokers are asked to be vigilant and to dispose of their cigarette butts in ashtrays.
