Description

We are in the mountains of Catadau, Valencia, on a plateau at 200 mt altitude. Surrounded by mountains you can relax, work or walk in this quiet enclave 10 minutes drive (1 hour and a half walk) from the nearest town and 40 minutes drive from the city of Valencia and the beach.

To come here we are waiting for you by car or other vehicle, there is no public transport service.

We have a shower, a kitchen and a dry toilet.

We are next to a mountain route suitable for bicycles and for walking.

Ideal if you come with children too.

The swimming pool is only available in July and August.

The setting

Being in the mountains, you can hear the silence, although we have farm animals nearby, so you may be woken up in the morning by roosters or paws.

The spots

We have little shade but in spring, winter and autumn it is ideal.
You can charge your solar panels without any problem.
The ground is mostly flat.

The sanitary facilities

We have a dry toilet with sink and hot water shower.
We ask to use organic and ecological products, since the water and waste are used for the field.

The amenities

If you come from outside Spain you will have no problem with the connection, but if you have Spanish companies (except for vodafone or lowi) there is no connection.
A 5 minutes drive to the village there is already a connection.

In case of need we can lend you the phone for calls or connection.

We have a gas stove.

In the common areas there is electricity and sockets, but as we have SOLAR PANELS supply we ask for a responsible use of it.

Cell phones and other devices can be charged without problems, preferably during the day.
We cannot facilitate the connection of electricity to vehicles, since the system would not support it.

The activities

Walks, hiking or cycling routes, carpentry and art therapy workshops can be scheduled.

Other things

It is advisable to come with drinking water or filter, because we have water, but it is not drinkable.

Rules

We request the use of ecological products, since gray water management is done with plants.
