The land of @ValleIncantata_Farmandlab is spread over 23000mt with a lake of 1500sqm among hills with Olive and Cypress trees characteristic of Tuscany, two parts of forest with Oak trees 30 years old. The forest is walkable and here is also our Great Tree of Life where sitting under its crown you can recharge all the good energies from the Universe and do a Natural Detox from pollution.
Arriving among the hills that lead from Casale Marittimo to the coast of the Etruscan Sea, one arrives accompanied by the sea view to the Enchanted Valley with access through a driveway gate that lets one catch a glimpse of the lake bordered by poplars that make cool in the summer for those who want to lie down near the water or camp.
The sea is about 10 min away by car and 20/25 by electric bike.
South side of the property going a few meters beyond the lake there is a Panoramic point 'Panoramic Terrace Golfo Antico ' facing the sea among the hills of olive trees near the lavender, so named by us because millions of years ago the sea arrived there and that is why the valley has precisely the shape of a Gulf. We have also made many fossil finds from millions of years ago that we have preserved here.

The setting
South panorama with sea air and view of the ancient gulf with fossils still emerging from the earth. North woods and hills typical of the Tuscan hinterland.
You can wake up to the song of our rooster, frogs and birds that visit us according to the seasons. The noises are typically those of nature and the lights of solar torches. Sun and shade from the poplars and oaks on our property of about 3 hectares with Lake included and possibility of Carp Fishing. No traffic we are 1 km from the highway.

It is well insulated from the ground and other igloos or Canadians can be set up near it for groups. For reasons of facilities and too much noise in the protected area, no more than 6 or 8 adults can enter.
The sanitary facilities
Simple toilets are well maintained in wood, but single so no more than one use at a time is possible. In nature anything goes. Toilets always open, in privacy but outdoors. There is hot water in water heater of about 25 liters and solar shower always available. Drinking water fountain. Free barbecues for those collecting wood or buying charcoal. Electricity by need on demand. No bright lights can be turned on. Use of ready-made tent kitchen included in price.
The amenities
We live in Permaculture so Wi-Fi not available. We believe in a regenerative vacation and essential living. Cell phone reception only in some areas however we use it as needed with no problems.
Kitchen is estena in common area, spartan simple, shared, gas is charged if requested. Free shared fridge.
Keep in mind that there are never more than 3 tents usually at once, so very convenient. No oven for now but there is free barbecue, wood basket on request with small fee for this.
Electric hookup with extension cord can be requested in various areas
