Description

You will camp on a high pasture directly at the "Tree of Dreams" on a site with 200 sqm. The location offers one of the most beautiful views in the central Black Forest, you can even see the Vosges in good weather. You will see cows and horses in the immediate vicinity, fox and hare will say "Good day" to you. By the way: Everyone can "immortalize" their dreams/wishes on the tree of dreams.

The spots

The site is level, via tarred road and approx. 100 m drive into the high pasture also easily accessible with motorhomes.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities can be used directly in the courtyard (approx. 200m from the stand) by arrangement.

If needed, firewood for campfire and barbecue (for a small fee).

Mountain bikers will find a paradise around the course here in the middle Black Forest. Or you want to visit a real Black Forest silver mine? Visit the visitor mine "Grube Wenzel" in Oberwolfach. At the Hornberger Platte you can climb and in the open-air museum Vogtsbauernhöfe in Gutach there is much to marvel at about life and culture in the Black Forest.

Other things

Approximately 10 minutes walk is a catered hut with playground. In about 15 min by car you can reach the Hirschgrund Zipline The Hirschgrund Zipline Area is embedded in the magnificent natural landscape of the Kinzigtal. The course with seven tracks leads you on a circular path over steep slopes and valleys, hills and streams. The ziplines are connected to each other by platforms and picturesque paths.

  • The spot for tents is very scenic! The access to a toilet and a shower is nicely independent, we haven't feeling of disturbing the owners.
    We stayed for 2 nights and made a beautiful walking trip to Wolfau and back.

  • We had a very wonderful time as a family with the tent on the Grubhof. The children could move and play freely and carefree. We were especially fond of the horses. The Schneider family are very friendly and kind hosts. The location of the Grubhof is unique! Here one comes to rest. It is perhaps still good to know that on the premises always a wind goes, depending on the time of day stronger or weaker.

    We will definitely come again!
