In a place set back from the main road, 2 steps from the French-Swiss border, lost in a cul de sac that leads to the forest, you will find peace and quiet for your stay.
The setting
The birds' songs will wake you up in the morning. Perhaps you will be able to hear or see foxes at dusk, or other animals in the forest which is located 200 meters from the site.
You can hear the noise of cars in the distance.
Very few neighbors.
The spots
The pitches are rather sunny, the ground is not perfectly flat, the access is more or less easy (some GPS don't find the address but we can guide you easily once at the customs).
For the dimensions I think that all types of caravans/campers fit, if you have any doubt, do not hesitate to ask me.
The sanitary facilities
No sanitary facilities are available, so it is up to you to provide your own chemical or other toilet. In case of extreme emergency we will welcome you in the house for shower or toilet.
Possibility to connect to the water network (cold) from the house.
The amenities
No equipment provided.
I can provide you with electricity from an outlet in the basement and a small extension cord. You will need to provide a reel if you have one.
I can also connect a water supply, to be discussed as well.
A charcoal barbecue can be provided with wood and coal for grilling or a small (email hidden)Wi-Fi is not available outside, unless you stick to the house. But we can always help you out.
The activities
Mainly outdoor activities: hiking, biking, canoeing, cruising on the Doubs.
It may be possible to book a guide for mountain bike or electric scooter trips on the Doubs and its surroundings (to be checked again).
Some museums in the area can be visited.
An indoor swimming pool is located in Les Fins, an outdoor swimming pool in a green setting is also available in Le Locle (in Switzerland).
A small free zoo is located in Chaux-de-Fonds (in Switzerland, next to Le Locle).
Other things
If reasonable quantity and sorting done, I can take the waste, compost available, to discuss on site
