Description

For those who want to spend vacations in full relaxation , freedom and in contact with nature, immersed in the beautiful landscape of Tuscany , taking advantage of outdoor sports such as cycling, hiking, golf or to visit cities of art such as florence, pisa and pistoia without forgetting vinci, the birthplace of the great genius

The setting

We provide a spacious and well-maintained garden with private and independent access equipped with a large parking area useful for maneuvering with large campers . It is accessed by a wide ramp uphill, on land detached from the dwellings : from the location you can admire the beautiful relaxing panorama of the Tuscan countryside characterized by expanses of olive groves and vineyards and walk along the paths traced on Montalbano.

The spots

The easily accessible pitch is indoors and has lighting but there is also the possibility of camping with a tent inside the olive grove set on the level and being able to park bicycles indoors .

The sanitary facilities

toilets are in the open air in a reserved area with an outdoor shower enclosed by a curtain , antique wash basin with basin and pitcher ,chamber pot as the ancient customs .

The amenities

The equipment provided are :
-2 taps of running potable water, very large rectangular table under wooden canopy equipped with lighting, 6-seater oval garden table equipped with no. 8 chairs, barbecure, free wifi, washhouse and large clothesline for laundry, outdoor gymnastic equipped area, round outboard swimming pool with outdoor shower and changing room, outdoor electrical connection with possibility of supplying extension cord for charging cell phones or for using small kitchen appliances.
For extra payment it is possible to request :
gas cylinders , electric stove , electric fan , electric hot plate , cooking stove , pots and pans for 2 - 10 people ,toaster , kettle and American coffee maker, synthetic ice with portable refrigerator , 10-liter water dispenser, blankets, toilet paper , camping stove,flashlight

The activities

In the surroundings you can visit : - LEONARDIAN MUSEUM , LEONARDO'S CHRISTMAS HOUSE in Anchiano , Monsummano Spa , Pisa , Pistoia and Florence , Cerreto guidi and San Miniato .
For those who practice sports you can book the golf course in Bellosguardo , the municipal swimming pool in Empoli and Larciano , or reach the top up to San Baronto by bicycle . Also at farmhouses in the area you can taste excellent biodynamic wines, enjoy locally produced cheeses or grilled meats or alternatively go shopping in Montecatini Terme or Empoli.

Possibility to purchase organic seasonal vegetables and legumes of our own production directly from our farm.
Free tasting of various qualities of organic and healthy extra virgin olive oil.

Rules

No pets and no smokers or nudists allowed .

Absolute prohibition of lighting bonfires in the grounds and prohibition of abandoning garbage ( special marked bags will be provided for the separate collection of garbage according to the municipal regulations )

Respect for the rules of civil coexistence for which the following will not be allowed

Nighttime cackling , mistreatment of animals and plants .

Damage to equipment , pool and facilities will have to be compensated .

For the emptying of sewage will be indicated the appropriate area equipped in vinci .

Young children must be under parental supervision .
