Description

Oasis nestled in the green hills of Montefeltro in Pesaro-Urbino with all services available only 500 meters away. You will be surrounded by the peace of the countryside, the shade of the many plants and the scent of our flowers and vegetables, and you will be pampered by the company of our animal friends such as wonderful cats, chickens, pigeons, birds and many other friends. Nearby you will find a wonderful bicycle path that runs along the river, an indoor swimming pool, supermarkets, stores, pizzerias and restaurants. You will be able to make numerous and very close excursions to the romantic Castle of Gradara and Montegridolfo, the wonderful Renaissance city of Urbino, Belvedere, Mondaino and many others. You can reach the beach in just 15 minutes by car. You will not miss anything!!!

The setting

You can settle in the middle of our wooded grounds, or in our clearing surrounded by the shade of pine trees, in absolute peace and silence, away from traffic and all noise, with the possibility of having light in the evening and enjoying a unique hillside view and landscape during the day. You will be awakened only by our rooster and the chirping of birds!!!

The spots

Our clearing where we can park and be able to set up tents, caravans and campers is
flat and shady and we have plenty of even slightly steep space where you can set up. The whole area is easily accessible from the road and also from our trails marked in the ground.

The sanitary facilities

You can use the toilet facilities inside the house, with hot water, sink, shower, bidet and toilet. You will also be able to use cold water outdoors.

The amenities

Wifi service, outdoor electricity, tables, chairs and if needed microwave, dishes, pots and pans and basic ingredients for cooking.

The activities

Adjacent bike path that runs along the river, indoor swimming pool 800 meters away, excursions of all kinds from the sea, to the hills discovering our beautiful castles (Gradara, Montegridolfo, Belvedere, Mondaino, Colbordolo, Sant'Angelo in Lizzola, Urbino and many others) and the mountains (Carpegna, Sassocorvaro, Vallegrande, Monte Nerone and many, many others)

Rules

It will not be possible to make noise and commotion after 11 p.m.
It is not possible to bring large or aggressive dogs given the presence of our small animal friends. Respect and care for the environment is requested, which must be left free of trash of any kind. Access allowed to all even smokers.
