Description

The land is available from May 29, 2023 for short or long stays. I occupy a small straw house on site.
1 or 2 camper/van max with room around and shade under the cherry tree or on the edge of the forest. Small pet kept on leash only, as wild animals are around in the forest, very present.

The setting

The land is south facing, located in a small hamlet on the side of the small Crempse valley, very wooded and wild, far from the crowded tourist sites. Calmness almost guaranteed, but I can't control the neighbor's barbecue!

The spots

2 autonomous pitches on which you can enter and leave at your ease. A little shade, under the cherry tree or on the edge of the forest. The access is very easy from the road, with a small maneuver of reversal. Grassy, flat and airy pitch.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets, no hot water, no shower.
Water and electricity connection possible.

The amenities

Water (hose), electricity (external plug).
No specific leisure equipment.
Possibly some vegetables from the garden to share

The activities

This is not a tourist area, but there are some nice little gustatory discoveries to be made nearby. There are walks in the forest starting from the property, on foot or mountain bike.

Other things

In June 2023 I am in the process of veranda work, but your tranquility will be preserved.

Rules

3 days minimum, long stays possible to determine and accept according to your expectations
Free access of entry and exit. Reception only at the end of the day, to agree.
The house (in straw) that I occupy is independent and the 2 places for travelers are quite distinct.
