Description

We welcome you in our garden on the commune of Bessan near the sea, ideally located to benefit from a multitude of activities.
A vast flat land of 18000 m2, with a pine wood.

The setting

We are located at only 8 kilometers from the sea ( D'Agde , Vias
Marseillan ,Serignan ,Valras-plage ,Cap d'agde ,Gros d'agde ).
But still in the countryside, in the middle of the vineyards.
The town of Bessan is very pleasant, with a super market (Intermarché, Aldi ....). The Hérault, 5 rivers not far away.

The spots

The garden is easy to access, there are 2 entrances, one direct and the other with a curve. The gate is 3 meters wide.
We would like to offer a maximum of two pitches so that everyone has enough space on the plot.
Very shady.

The sanitary facilities

A closed area with independent WC, showers, EC, EF.

The amenities

Electricity Running water not consumable for drinking because it is supplied by a well (for safety reasons)
Toilet, shower, fridge freezer, sink outside...
Oven, microwave, electricity with divisional meter, you pay what is consumed.

The activities

On site swimming pool 8 m x 4 m depth 60 cm to 200 cm for children.
Many activities (see syndicate initiative)
The sea at 8 kilometers.
There are many walks to do around.
