Description

A villa with large land located in the Sierra Calderona Natural Park.
It has a variety of routes, cca. 20 km from the beaches. Totally independent house with solar energy and water from the well, with barbecue in rock, bonfire.
In summer there are seasons with the possibility of being alone (without owner present).

The setting

The natural park offers a quiet place among pine trees and birds... (email hidden)There are no neighbors in sight but in the valley there are in total 10 houses and from time to time you can feel the presence of mankind.
At night when you turn off the lights you can't even see your own nose.

The spots

I offer my private land. There is a common entrance through a double iron gate. The front of the house is dirt and grass... maybe some stones. Suitable more for Camper or small motorhomes.
The back part of the house has a similar terrain but has more possibility of shade. There is available garden furniture (tables, chairs, benches), umbrella, bonfire, barbecue, volleyball net.

The sanitary facilities
