Description

i have my parents' old farmhouse, surrounded by 2ha of mixed land
a hedge protects privacy.
the land is hilly, so there are only a few pitches, and peace and quiet are guaranteed.
it's a real return to simplicity. i can lend books

The setting

close by, woods nearby, the shade turns so I can't guarantee anything.
very quiet as no immediate neighbors
local road not very busy

The spots

the terrain isn't very flat, but it's easy to get used to.
Depending on the time of day, there's sun or shade, but there's always peace and quiet. I have flowers 365 days a year...there's a lovely flat spot at the end of the grounds with fir and oak trees, which is my favorite! Don't hesitate to reserve it...

the perigord noir is very rich in caves, museums etc... close by you can go swimming or horse riding, night walks and all sorts of summer activities.

the place is non-smoking inside but smoking outside. however no cigarette butts in the nature, i'm really allergic. there is a sorting for garbage to respect.
i have a little chihuahua who mustn't be given anything.
Arrivals are in the afternoon, departures in the morning.
